HB-390 is high-strength, two component epoxy anchoring adhesive,part A, part B

have been placed inside the sized pipe. with the role of a dedicated injection gun, the

two kinds of components that can be replaced in the own-type static mixers are fully mixed, injected directly into the borehole and quickly curing, so as to achieve the purpose of fixed objects.

Usage

Chemical anchoring for bolts, dowels, and pins.

Pressure-injection of cracks in structural concrete.

Bonding irregular surfaces.

Cap sealing and port setting.

Application 

To anchor bolts, dowel,& pins

Step 1.  Drill holes to proper diameter and length. 

Step 2.  Clean holes with a nylon brush 

Step 3.  Blow concrete dust from hole with oil-free compressed

air from back forward.

Step 4.  After uniform color is achieved, static mixer should be

placed in back of hole. Start extruding epoxy while

pulling static mixer out, filling hole 2/3 full. rotate the

bolt slightly as it is inserted to the back of the hole.
