Applicable Material

Application Restrictions
It is not suitable for the bongding of non-polar anti-adhesive materials such as PTFE, PE, PP, etc. nor for the bonding of double-sided non-adsorptive materials
Application Method
(1). Clean the surface of the substrate to ensure it is free of oil and dirt. Cut the nozzle, use a sharp object to fully poke the sealed aluminum film inside the bottle mouth, install the glue nozzle, and squeeze the glue with a glue gun. The "Z" strip is extruded on a bonding surface at a distance of no more than 45 cm. When mating, double-sided coating is required, and then the two bonding surfaces are bonded.
(2). Adhesion will be weakened at high temperatures, too much glue or bonding to impermeable substances, such as metal or thick wood, which will take a long time to dry.
(3). Wet bonding: (recommended for load bearing and skeleton bonding) After the glue is bonded, the bonding surface is compacted, and fixed by a clamp, a nail, a screw, etc., and the glue is dried and removed. (European two days to three days after bonding, 7 days to achieve the best results)
(4). Removal method: When the glue is not solidified, use turpent water or scraper to remove it. After drying, it can be removed by scraping or sanding.
