Room temperature AB stone dry hanging glue with selected foreign high-quality raw materials is two component epoxy structural adhesive that made through special process of the modifying with epoxy. Superior
adhesion and anti-ageing, high consistency, easy to reconcile, not sagging, is now the representatives of the domestic leading level AB stone dry hanging glue.
1). 20-30minutes’ effective construction time, the strength (25°C)of using shall be achieved in 6hours .
2). excellent toughness, not easy to brittle fracture, can prevent the deformation caused by external factors, distorted and falling.
3). With a waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-acid and excellent weather resistance.
Processing
1. Surface treatment:Degreasing the raw material with blast sanding,polishing or washed with industrial alcohol,
2. Gluing: Brush painting/coating, dipping or spray painting/coating.
3. Drying condition: Dry and room temp for 30min or baking at 80℃ for 5~15 minutes.
4. After treatment: Adhesive bonding asap after glued at the same day.
5. Vulcanizing: The adhesive can be cured accordance with itself curing condition on first step and the Second curing temperature max. at 200°C .

Sealing Method(How to Use)
1).Clean the bonding surface, if the adhesive surface is too smooth must first do a rough treatment.
2).A, B two groups according to 1:1 ratio to completely uniform mixing.
3).With steel scraper or other tools, will be a mixture of adhesive coated in sizing.
Application
This product is used for sealing of car, gear case of motor, fore-and-art board, water pump , plane flange, cover board of other machine equipment.
Attention
To be kept at cool and dry place, far away from the heat and open flame.
Please capped its own cover immediately after using,so that avoiding volatilization.
Less contact and irritate nose and throat in one ventilation and fire protection area.
Lightly cloudy won't affect the performance.
Storage
Should be stored in cool and dry places, the storage temperature should be below 27°C, and the storage period is 12 months.
