NEL-9015 is solid hot melt adhesive. It is widely applied to the bonding of foam, leather, textile, PVC, ABS etc materials.

1/ This product need to be heated to melt for using, the specific temperature depending on the characteristics of material and foam.
2/ The pipeline that material flows through and adhesive pushing head must be preheated to avoid blocking pipeline.
3/ This product is not suitable for heating in high temperature for a long time, not more than 2 hours in general, otherwise the material will be yellowing oxidation if the time is too long.
4/ When heating, the material in the heater cannot be completely opened in the air to avoid oxidation. It is better to melt the adhesive by extruding machine.
5/ Airtight heating is not allowed to avoid the internal pressure being too large.
Packed in 20kg(N.W) bag.
This products should be transported in well-sealed packaging and stored in a well ventilated place to avoid sudden hot. (More information please refer to MSDS)
