Glue for PVC Floor Tile
Uses:Highly efficient water-based adhesives suitable for pasting most of the PVC and CV blocks on the absorbent substrate.

For the grass-roots:1,suitable for porous absorbent,solid,smooth,dry,clean,no cracks,no grease,no wax floor; 2,for a solid cement-based self-leveling screed; 3,for overhead wooden floor,splint cushion or particle board.
Primary treatment:if there is oil,wax,and release agent in the base layer,it needs to be treated with wax water for decontamination;mild sanding ground is recommended to use M318 water-based interface agent (porous absorbent base layer) for bottom sealing;uneven the base layer is recommended to use self-leveling for leveling )leveling thickness is at least 2mm);moisture base layer is recommended to use two-component epoxy moisture-proof interface agent for moisture treatment.Bases with cracks are recommended to be repaired using a two-component epoxy interface agent.

Construction method:
Without dilution,if there is a small amount of clear liquid on the surface after opening the bucket,it is necessary to mix the glue and then perform the construction.Then use a suitable spatula (A2 scraping teeth) to spread the dope evenly on the substrate and wait approximately 10 minutes for the floor to be laid on the dope.After being affixed,it is compacted with a roller or rolled with a roller to achieve a uniform paste effect.Paved block floors should be flat.The application of M735 PVC strength sheet flooring adhesive complies with the basic environmental conditions and construction methods of China building materials industry standard JC/T550-2008.
Precautions:if the construction temperature is lower than 15℃ or the relative humidity is higher than 75%,consult the technical department.If there is a conjunctiva on the surface of the mortar after unsealing,it must be removed and mixed before use. Do not pour glue into drains or sewers.after use,the lid should be sealed.use water to clean tools or excess glue.
Packaging and storage:25 kgs plastic drums,this product should be stored indoors at 5 ℃-35 ℃ to prevent freezing and exposure.Shelf life is 12 months
